What started as a passion for craft baking in 2018 grew into something far bigger than we ever imagined. NASH was built on a simple belief — that everyday baking could be elevated into something artisanal, soulful, and deeply personal.
From our signature cinnamon rolls glazed and served warm at midnight, to cookies that carry the warmth of rose petals and pistachios, every item we make is crafted with care and an obsession for flavor.
It started with a craving Dania Ayoubi — the founder of NASH — simply couldn't satisfy. She searched everywhere and found nothing. So she started testing in her own kitchen, refining the recipe batch by batch, sharing each attempt with the people closest to her.
When it came time to name it, the choice was clear. NASH had gathered flavors from around the world — but Syria deserved its own place on the menu. Damascus, known as the city of the Damascene Flower, inspired both the name and the soul of the cookie.
